Brian's Boat Works & Marina

Brian’s Boat Works & Marina is a boat yard named on signs in two GTA 6 trailers. Rockstar’s profile of Brian Heder says he still moves product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori.

Where it’s seen

• Trailer 2 (1:25): at night, under a sign reading “Brian’s Boat Works & Marina — Boat Repairs, Equipment & Storage,” men load bags near a small plane.
• Launch Trailer (0:05): an aerial shot shows a “Brian’s Marina” sign on the roof, racks of stored boats and the bay behind.
• Launch Trailer (0:06–0:13): Jason Duval polishes a boat hull in a bright boat shed, then takes a phone call in the yard. GameSpot reads the scene as Jason working at the marina while Lucia calls him from prison.

How it fits

Rockstar says Brian lets Jason live rent-free at one of his properties, as long as he helps with local shakedowns. The marina is where Jason is seen at work. Brian’s line on his character page, “I hauled so much grass in that plane,” fits the plane in the Trailer 2 shot, but Rockstar hasn’t linked the two.

Not confirmed

Rockstar hasn’t said where the marina is. The launch trailer cuts to it straight after a “Welcome to The Keys” sign, and Rockstar places Brian’s smuggling past in the Leonida Keys. Whether you can use the marina in the game isn’t announced. See the launch trailer breakdown.
