Characters
- Jason Duval: at work in the marina’s boat shed, in a U.S. Army T-shirt, and in the shower and balcony scenes. The opening voice-over (“I got in some trouble in the Army. Didn’t leave on the best of terms.”) fits his Army past on Rockstar’s site.
- Lucia Caminos: heard first as a prison call, then in the convertible, by the red sports car and on the balcony.
- Brian Heder: not clearly on screen, but his marina opens the trailer.
- Unnamed: the men in the green lowrider, the boatyard worker, the man in the gym, the man with the snake, the rooftop group and the pair in pink balaclavas. GameSpot links that pair to the film Spring Breakers.

Vehicles
A pickup towing a jet ski, a seaplane, a green lowrider, an airboat, a red convertible, a red sports car, police and sheriff’s cars, a dirt bike, helicopters and a pink stunt biplane. None of them has an official name yet. GameSpot notes the biplane carries what sounds like a crypto coin brand.

Weapons
Pistols, rifles, an assault rifle and a scoped rifle. GameSpot puts Jason in the mangrove group, with night-vision goggles, and suggests a flashback to his military past or a present-day stealth mission. No weapon names are confirmed.

- Vice City: Rockstar’s description opens with “Vice City, USA.” GameSpot calls the biplane beach a Vice City beach.
- Leonida Penitentiary: only heard, through Lucia’s call.
