Brian Heder is a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys. He’s still at it, moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori.
Who he is
- He’s been around long enough to let others do his dirty work.
- He lets Jason Duval live rent-free at one of his properties, as long as Jason helps with local shakedowns and stops by for Lori’s sangria once in a while.
- Cal Hampton, Jason’s friend, is another of Brian’s associates.
- A caption on Rockstar’s page sums him up: “Looks like a Leonida beach bum — moves like a great white shark.”
On Rockstar’s character page
His tagline is “Nothing better than a Mudslide at sunset,” and a line on his section looks back on the old days: “I hauled so much grass in that plane, I could make the state of Leonida levitate.”
