Effluvia is a rooftop bar in GTA 6, named on its own sign in the Extended Look video. It sits on a terrace high above the city, with a skyline and the sea behind it.
What An Extended Look shows
- About 9:51: Jason and Lucia step out of an elevator onto the terrace. A prompt on screen reads “Hold hands”, and the two walk toward the bar holding hands.
- About 10:06–11:03: Jason talks to guests at the bar and at a table on the terrace, under a vine-covered wall with the bar’s name in large letters.
- About 11:11–12:23: Jason talks with a man in a floral shirt at the rooftop railing, the city skyline behind them.
Balloons are tied to the terrace, and the bar has a bartender, stools and an Art Deco counter.
Who’s there
GTABoss says Brian Heder and Lori meet Jason here and that Brian offers him work. Rockstar hasn’t confirmed that scene. See Brian Heder.
Not confirmed
Rockstar hasn’t said where in Vice City Effluvia is, or whether you can visit it outside the story. See the Extended Look breakdown.
