No. GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only, and no PC version has been announced. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has said Rockstar “always starts on console” to serve its core audience first.
What Take-Two has said
- In a May 2026 interview, Zelnick said consoles come first, in line with Rockstar’s usual approach.
- On later earnings calls he was asked about PC directly and didn’t confirm any plans beyond consoles.
- Some outlets read his comments as hinting at an eventual port. That is interpretation, not an announcement.
What history suggests
| Game | Console launch | PC launch |
|---|---|---|
| GTA 5 | September 2013 | April 2015 |
| Red Dead Redemption 2 | October 2018 | November 2019 |
Based on that pattern, a PC version a year or more after launch is likely. Treat it as Rumor until Rockstar says otherwise.
Can I play it on PC through the cloud?
Not at launch. Xbox has said GTA 6 won’t be playable on PC through cloud gaming at release.
